The clot was reskinned to be a horror slasher take on "pinheads", most notably Schlitzie from "Freaks".

Once played "Punchies" with the FP and lost, which resulted in a damaged butt cheek that required surgery. The result was that it looked like he only had one butt cheek, instead of two.
